Crafuo Jewelry Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and free from scratches, signs of wear, or alterations.
- Security Tag: The original tamper-proof security tag must remain intact. Returns without this tag will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: Include all original packaging (jewelry boxes, certificates, warranty cards).
- Exclusions: Personalized / customized items (e.g., engravings, special sizing, custom modifications) are non-refundable.
Bundle Return Policy
- Complete Set: Bundled sets must be returned in full.
- Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately for refund, exchange, or store credit.
International Returns
- We accept international returns; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Import duties, taxes, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit the Return Form
Download and complete the official Return Form (PDF). Incomplete forms may cause delays or rejection. -
Within 30 Days of Delivery
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. -
Return Address & Instructions
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions. Use a trackable method and include all required materials. -
Processing Time
After your return is received and approved, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days. Exchanges ship after approval.

Return Rejections
Crafuo reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet this policy. If a return is rejected, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
